Shaving & Rolling Services

Step 1
Please print out the Release Form and fill out all your contact information, if you wish to receive shipping information please include you email address. Fill out all the information on the bat(s) you are sending in and if you are having your bat(s) shaved please fill out the final weight line (ex. original weight, no end load, or end load). Please sign the disclaimer, failure to do so will delay the process.

Please select the service or services you wish to purchase.

Step 3
Please place all paperwork in the in the box with your bat and ship to the address below. USPS Priority is the least expensive and will arrive to us within 2 to 3 business days. If you wish to have it expedited to us Express mail will arrive within 1 to 2 business day or you may use UPS or Fed Ex overnight but that is very expensive.

Note: Once we receive your bat(s) please allow us 1 - 2 business days to complete the work and then we will ship your bat(s) back to you per the shipping option you requested.

Bats will be shaved and rolled once your order has been placed and will be ready for shipment with-in 48 hours. If you desire to have your bat weighted back to its original weight or are looking for more of a endloaded feel please send us an email once you place your order with an specific instruction, or if your not sure you may contact us with any questions.

Disclaimer
Bats that have been Shaved and Rolled by the BAT DOCTOR are considered to be HOME RUN DERBY BATS and are only to be used where permitted and/or there is no bat restrictions. Bats that have been altered by the BAT DOCTOR cannot be used in sanctioned leagues and/or tournaments where they are not permitted. The BAT DOCTOR cannot be held accountable for any injury or misuse of any bats purchased or serviced performed. The customer will assume all responsibilities and risks for any alterations performed to the bat, as well as assume any and all responsibility if anyone is ever injured due to the use of our bats. By purchasing a bat from the BAT DOCTOR you have agreed to all the terms and conditions in this disclaimer.

Warranty
The BAT DOCTOR is not responsible for any alterations made to the bat in order to perform the service. There is no warranty if cracking or denting occure once the bat has been used. There is a warranty for all workmanship performed to the bat and if there were any issues with the workmanship it will be repaired at no cost to the customer. You will simply need to ship your bat back to us we will then make any repairs necessary and we will pay for any expenses to ship the bat back to you. It is the customers responsibility to understand and follow any and all rules for the use of a altered bat. We are confident you will be completely satisfied will our products and services.
